Welcome to our Tradition

A family tradition that has its origins in the year 1810, an ancestral art passed from parents to children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, for 200 years, still preserving the first alembic that was used for the distillation of bagasse. Each of our varieties is the result of a laborious and artisanal process, carried out in Tomiño, a Galician municipality with 15 parishes, on the banks of the Miño River.
